Sprint, Turn and Shoot

Sprint, Turn and Shoot Competition

Divide the group into two equal teams. Each team must have a goal keeper.

One team begins as the shooting team, the other as retrievers.

Shooting Team:
Player runs around cone – the first player in line passes in front for a one touch shot
Time for 2 minutes and keep track of goals scored

Retrieving Team: makes sure the shooting team always has balls to shoot – if they run out the shooting team gets a point.

After time, switch roles. Most goals wins!
